1.  Contract between You and Newwave Rewards.

 

We will try our best to ensure the products you purchase on this website in accordance with prices displayed on the website. The price list and statement may not constitute an offer. We reserve all rights to withdraw any faith unilaterally, for either any obvious error with the displayed products and/or with the order is spotted or out of stock. (Please refer to the terms below.)

 

We reserve all rights to restrict amount of products to order. To place the order shall be considered as your rights and capacity of purchasing such products, and your responsibility for the facticity of information you provided in the order.

 

2. Price change and stockout.

 

Product price and availability are both displayed on the website, and we shall give no notice for any change of such information. For any unexpected situation, such as price raise from our supplier, price change due to tax variation, and price change due to website error, you have the rights to cancel the order after you confirmed the order. For any products you have ordered that is out of stock, you have rights to cancel the order.

 

3. Email/SMS service.

 

Newwave Rewards reserves rights of providing email and/or SMS service of order and promotional activities information to clients registered or placed orders on this website. If you are not willing to receive any emails or SMS, reply [N] after  you received SMS or cancel subscription by inputting your email address at the end of the email.

 

4. Delivery.

 

We will deliver the goods to your instructed address. All listed delivery time on Newwave Rewards is for reference. Actual delivery time is estimated based on stocks, general transaction procession, general delivery time and delivery address.

 

5. Goods return.

 

Newwave Rewards is an online store exclusively for Miles & More members, which is mainly based on credits redeemability, in combination with net bank defrayal. Due to the speciality of award miles usage, we don't accept return. After Newwave Rewards's confirmation of product quality problem, consumed award miles/net bank defrayal would be converted into cash transferred to your personal account for future consuming.

 

6. Privacy.

 

Newwave Rewards respect your privacy. In any case, we will not sell or disclose your personal and order information to third party (except state judicial organs enquiry). All client information collected via internet and phone calls is only used to process your orders.

 

7. Exemption.

 

Any situations such as sales system breakdown, transaction incompletion, information loss, due to force majeure or any other causes beyond control, Newwave Rewards may assume no responsibility. But we would try our best to assist coping with the aftermath, and reduce the economic loss of our clients.

 

8. Modification of the terms.

 

Terms of transaction shall be applicable to Newwave Rewards after sales service provided. These terms might be modified at times. Any modification of the terms will be released to public in time.

 

9. Enforceability of terms. 

 

Due to any reason, some or part of these terms may not implemented, the rest terms and their validity may not be affected.

 

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

 

Your contract with Newwave Rewards shall be applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China. For any disputes that might arise, both parties shall settle with amicable cooperation. If the coordination has failed, both parties may be submitted to the jurisdiction of people court in Mainland China.

To register and/or order on Newwave Rewards shall be considered as your acceptance of this service.
